This plugins are not proper applications, but add-ons developed for the software Vectorworks. Vectorworks is a trademark of Nemetschek Vectorworks inc – USA. The author is not liable for any problems related to the plugins or the software, and for the usage of the plugins by other people. All items are provided AS IS, without warranty, expressed or otherwise implied.
Software License Terms
The purchase of plugins developed by Andrea Facchinello through the store grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. The user does not acquire any ownership rights to the software and is not authorized to copy, modify, distribute, or resell the software without explicit permission. Use of the software is subject to compliance with these terms, and failure to do so may result in the revocation of the membership.
Intellectual property
Andrea Facchinello reserves all intellectual property rights on any plugin available in the website, including those provided for free. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugins. You also agree not to create derivative work based on the plugins. Failure to comply with these restrictions will constitute immediate, irreparable harm, and will result into monetary compensation.
ARIMA – User Responsibility and Third-Party AI Services
ARIMA is an experimental AI-assisted modeling tool that allows users to send prompts, images, and other information to third-party AI services selected or configured by the user.
The user is solely responsible for the content and information submitted through ARIMA. The user must ensure that any prompt, image, file, personal data, confidential information, copyrighted material, proprietary information, or other content submitted to an AI service may lawfully be processed and transmitted to that service.
Andrea Facchinello does not control the third-party AI services used through ARIMA and is not responsible for how those services process, store, transfer, retain, or otherwise use the information submitted by the user. The use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, data-processing practices, and geographical availability.
The user is responsible for selecting an appropriate AI model and service and for reviewing the information provided to the AI service before submitting it. Users should not submit confidential, personal, proprietary, or otherwise sensitive information through ARIMA unless they have the necessary rights and authorization to do so.
Andrea Facchinello is not responsible for any loss, disclosure, unauthorized processing, copyright infringement, privacy violation, security issue, or other consequence resulting from information or content voluntarily submitted by the user to a third-party AI service through ARIMA, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ARIMA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or suitability of any content or model output generated by third-party AI services. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining whether any generated content is suitable for their projects or intended use.
By using ARIMA, the user acknowledges and accepts responsibility for the information and content they choose to submit to third-party AI services.
